Return Policy

• Return Window: Products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and intact packaging.

• Exclusions:

  • Sale Items: Clocks purchased on sale are not eligible for return, except in specific circumstances. These include:

    • Defective Products: If the clock is found to be defective upon receipt.

    • Not as Described: If the received clock significantly deviates from the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • In these cases, the customer should contact our support team immediately for assistance and further instructions.

Please ensure all return conditions are met. This policy is strictly adhered to in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, a restocking fee of $10 or 10% will apply on all returns.

Labor charges are not refundable.

What is your refund policy for the Authentic Japanese Snack Box subscriptions?

We understand that our curated selection of artisanal, gourmet snacks are delicate and may have shorter shelf lives. Because of this, all Japanese Snack Box items purchased through Liberty Clock Repair are final and non-refundable. We don't accept returned orders/items, but we're here to help if you have any concerns.
